Reservation:

To ensure a smooth organization of your trip, we encourage making confirmed bookings in advance before your arrival.

Payment:

For Trekking and Tours, a 30% deposit of the total contracted price is required to secure your reservation with Cross Himalaya Travel. The remaining amount can be settled upon arrival in Kathmandu, payable in USD, Euro, GBP cash, or through Visa or Mastercard.

Cancellation Policy:

In unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as landslides, flight cancellations, or natural disasters) resulting in the inability to provide the complete or partial trip, we will offer an alternative trip of similar standard. If unsuitable, we will refund the amount paid, deducting expenses incurred until that point, with no compensation policy in place.

Booking Amendments:

Changes to existing bookings with Cross Himalaya Travel are accommodated without any additional charges.

Last-Minute Bookings:

We welcome last-minute bookings at no extra cost and are committed to making your trip possible.

Safety Measures:

Our utmost priority is your safety, and we guarantee the integrity of our staff, ensuring they do not cause harm or theft of your belongings. We may adjust routes, durations, or other aspects in response to weather challenges, group member illness, or injury.

Privacy Assurance:

Cross Himalaya Travel utilizes your email and personal information solely for processing inquiries and facilitating trip operations. Your personal details are not shared or sold to third parties. However, we may feature client photos and videos in our advertising unless instructed otherwise, ensuring strict adherence to personal privacy preferences.
